Corrie Oustad has been licensed since 2000 and received her broker's license in 2006. Born and raised in the Cortland area, she prides herself on her knowledge of the area and current real estate market, and is always current on the continually changing needs of todays buyers and sellers.
Corrie has served on the Cortland County Board of Realtors as past president, president, president elect, treasurer and director of the Cortland County Board of Realtors, chairperson of the MLS committee, and served on RPAC, business showcase, education, professional standards and grievance committees.
She currently serves as chairperson of the legislative committee and is a member of the RPAC committee.
She has attended the tri-state realtor convention numerous times as well as NYSAR state meetings and is very active in all of the Cortland County Board of Realtor events including lending a hand to the charitable organizations such as The United way, Catholic Charities and Loaves and Fishes . She applies all of her knowledge and experience to providing quality and professional service to all of her customers and clients.
Corrie was named Realtor Of the Year Award in 2011 by her peers and has received the CCBR Golden Circle Award nine times..

Corrie married Derek Oustad, a native of Homer in 2005 and together they have a 6-year-old daughter, Lauren and 1 year old Audrey. They reside in the village of Homer.
