David began his career in real estate right out of college in 1997. A famous quote that he loves to recall “We make money the old fashioned way, we earn it”. He feels this is a key foundation in sales as “everyone of his clients” deserves the right to get the most value for their hard earned dollar. Buying a home is the most likely the largest investment one will ever make. For the last 20 years why maintaining his real estate brokers license, he has worked full time as a General Sales Manager for new car dealerships. This unique sales perspective with real estate and automobile background allow him to bring a unique set of financial skills to Real Estate industry. Throughout his sales career he has been a beacon of customer service by putting the customer first in the sales process. David grew up in nearby Groton, and has resided with his family in Cortland over 19 years. When not working, he is active in church and with his kids activities scouting, 4-H and sports.
